In Memoriam: Kenneth Wentworth, Founder
Jonathan Wentworth Associates Ltd. is a leader in the performing artist management field, serving an elite roster of musicians as agent and manager in the many aspects of career development and booking. We represent world-class concert artists, ensembles, and special projects with musicians, spoken word and projected images. Educational workshops and residencies remain an important part of our mission: Many innovative programs are available from our artists on tour, including Latin Fiesta Workshops from the Dalí Quartet, extended vocal techniques coaching from Nordic Voices, and of course master-classes from such world-renowned masters as pianist Christopher Taylor and guitarist Jason Vieaux. Pianist and educator Kenneth Wentworth (1927-2020) founded the firm in 1978, while he was chairman of the music faculty at Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, New York. The company focused primarily on chamber music and toured the great Borodin Trio. Now into our fourth decade, our focus remains the pursuit of high-quality concert programming paired with a commitment to the efficient, effective and timely servicing of each engagement.
We are proud members of NAPAMA, the National Association of Performing Arts Managers and Agents.
Look for us at all major national, international and regional conferences: Association of Performing Arts Professionals, IAMA, League of American Orchestras, Chamber Music America, Western Arts Alliance, Arts Midwest and more.
Jonathan Wentworth Associates is located respectfully on the traditional lands of the Piscataway Peoples and the Piscataway-Conoy Peoples, past and present. We honor with gratitude the land itself and the people who have stewarded it throughout the generations.
