Collaboration: The Dalí Quartet — CMA’s 2024 Ensemble of the Year and and Silver Medalists at the 1st Piazzolla Music Competition — offer a special collaboration with the Bandini-Chiachiaretta Duo for selected dates. The internationally acclaimed duo of guitarist Giampaolo Bandini and accordion & bandoneón virtuoso Cesare Chiacchiaretta are award-winning Decca recording artists. Together, the artists have created a series of exciting programs sweeping across the Latin landscape. “The Eight Seasons” features Vivaldi’s Four Seasons and Piazzolla’s Seasons of the Tango, “Angels & Demons” features Piazzolla’s Suite del Diablo and the fabulous Escualo.  Works of Carlos Gardel, Paquito D’Rivera, Leo Brouwer, Maximo Pujol and much more are featured in “Folias de Tango”. Collaboration: Pianist Olga Kern joins the award-winning Dalí Quartet for selected dates on tour. Celebrating the 2021 release of their new Delos label CD, the Dalí and the Van Cliburn Competition gold-medal winning pianist join forces on stage and in virtual programming featuring piano quintets and their mix “classical roots and Latin soul”. These musical friends offer a variety of programs, including the towering Shostakovich piano quintet, a good fit for these five  passionate musicians.
